On the corrugated roof sheets you need to nail or screw on the top part of the wavy corrugated, you did it on the lower part, where the water flows. Thats how roof leaks.

Awesome exterior, I'd love to build one of these and would most likely copy elements from others builds. I do have a couple questions, you said the widest you could legally make it was 8 feet, my question is does the overhangs on the ceiling make it 8 feet wide or does the ceiling add a foot on each side making it 10 feet wide? Also when you were installing the 1" thick styrofoam boards into the rectangle slots of 2"x4", some of those slots had no black trailer beams to support them nor did i see any shelves, glue or nails used to support them so, what kept those styrofoam boards from simply falling out? Thank you in advance for any response, looking forward to the interior.

This was very well presented. I think they will enjoy the cabin in the woods. I have over 4000 watts of solar on my home and it runs the refrigerator for 5 months now, no house power. I will have 2 more batteries coming in and a more powerful inverter to also run the freezer.
